Every effort is made to keep the calendar up to date, but due to circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your booking request.
Booking Request - What equipment we have
Hire charges:
Private bookings (parties/functions):
£18 per hour for first 2 hours then £9.00 per hour
Non-profit groups: £12 per hour for first hour then £6 per hour
Please check the calendar to ensure your preferred date is free, then, to send a booking request please complete the form (below) and press send. We will send a confirmation email to confirm the booking.

Tables & Chairs
We have 10 small tables for use when hiring the hall and 100 chairs.
Large tables
We have 12 large tables too. Linen tablecloths available on request (you will need to launder these and return after use).
Typical layout
This is our typical way we set out for our coffee morning.
Projector and screen
This is available on request: a drop down projector screen to use with our fixed projector, (uses a VGA connector). A sound amplifier is also available on request.
Kitchen
Bright and modern kitchen with cooking facilities. Range cooker, (bring your own pans etc) microwave and commercial dishwasher, Hot water supplied by a electric boiler point.
Kitchen
View of the industrial sized dish washer. China & cutlery for 90 places provided, along with glass serving and bowls, water jugs. There are two Cona filter coffee machines.
The Richard Mabey room
The meeting room is available to book separately from the hall as it has its own access.
